Document naming convention

If your company name is Big Publisher INC and your book name is Herman Melville Moby-Dick, use this convention

Date_CompanyNameShortAsPosible_InitalOfWriter_BookName

So your supplied document will look

20190511_BigPub_hmMobyDick.pdf

Good pratice is follow ISO 8601 when you need to include Date in you filename. On wikipedia there is free article about that.

With one exception don't use special character for date delimiter.

Good format

For 11. May 2019. use this format

20190511

YearMonthDay, four number for Year, two for month and two for day

Bad format is

190511

two numbers for year

2019-05-11

 minus sign as delimiter

2019/05\11

slash and backslash as delimiter

20 19 05 11

space is delimiter
